One of the most beautiful sections of the Meramec. In particular, the oxbow with Vilander Bluff is worth stopping for the afternoon.

Regulations[edit | edit source]

There is no horsepower limit or engine-type restriction on the Meramec. Some rules for Sharing the Water will enable paddlers and boaters to interact safely, minimizing opportunities for conflict.
