Two Rivers Campground
Description[edit | edit source]
Two Rivers, also known as Junction Ferry, is an NPS campground with a licensed canoe outfit concessionaire. Official NPS info
The most popular float trip associated with this river access is Eminence to Two Rivers, but it is also possible to float from Williams Landing or Jerktail Landing in to Two Rivers Campground as a shorter trip.
- Round Spring to Two Rivers is a longer trip, but can be done inside of a day.
- Two Rivers to Logyard is also a longer trip and may be an option for you if there is no shuttle available at Powder Mill Campground.
Gauges & Water Level[edit | edit source]
The water level at the confluence is dependent upon rains for both the Current River and Jacks Fork watersheds. The nearest gauge is downstream at Powder Mill, but flooding upstream for either river will impact conditions. If you are planning an activity in this area, it is useful to check the gauges for eminence and for Akers Ferry to get predictive signals.

Outfitters[edit | edit source]
Two Rivers Canoe operates an outfitter at this location. This is convenient if you are camping or parking at Two Rivers - they can shuttle you up river to start your trip, and you'll simply walk back to your car at the end.
If you're camped upstream from Two Rivers, other outfitters may shuttle you back at the end of your float.
